About the Role

• Core logging and geotechnical data collection (training provided)
• Geological mapping and sampling (surface and drill)
• Data entry, validation, and database management
• Assisting with exploration program planning and execution across multiple properties
• Supporting claim maintenance activities and preparation of assessment reports
• Collaborating with the team to integrate geological, geochemical, structural, and geophysical data into working interpretations
• Over time: support resource modelling and early-stage project development tasks

Requirements

About the Company


  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Geological/Mining Engineering

  • ·Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract

  • Previous field or co-op experience preferred (1–3 years an asset

  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, QGIS, Leapfrog, ioGAS, or similar software an asset

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in varied environment

  • Eligibility for GIT registration (and interest in working toward P.Geo.) considered a strong asset

We are a small, skilled team seeking a motivated Junior Geologist (Geoscientist-in-Training) to support our technical programs. This role is designed as a foundation-building opportunity in geology, with mentorship under a P.Geo. and a clear pathway to develop skills in resource modelling and project development.

Position Summary

The Junior Geologist will provide technical support in the field and office, with a strong focus on core logging, sampling, mapping, and data management. Over time, the role will expand to include support for resource modelling and project development studies.
This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or early-career geoscientist interested in progressing from field geology into resource development.
